Flip Mino
The Flip Mino is a pint-sized video recorder, a video player specifically made for high transfer rates and optimal resolution in an online environment, such as YouTube or MySpace (640 X 480, 30 fps). The Flip Mino is surprisingly svelte and pocketable, at a mere .6” thick, 4 inches in height, and just 2 inches wide. The Mino packs 60 minutes of recording time into this small package with 2 GB of onboard flash memory and its patented switch blade style, flip-out USB connector. This iteration of the flip also sports an internal battery that charges while you transfer your file and gives you over 4 hours of recording time on a fully charged battery.

Flip Mino Availability
The Flip Mino was released June 5, 2008 and you can pick it up at Best Buy, Circuit City, Sears, Target and Walmart; but the Mino is hard to come by in retail locations. The other down side of picking it up at retail is the suggested MSRP of $179.99; a price that you are unlikely to pay online. Amazon currently has the Flip Mino in stock and ready-to-ship for just $154.90.
